Bulletin 2738 - August 12, 2016

The Department of Banking approved the conversion of Personal Care America Federal Credit Union in Trumbull, Connecticut, from a federal credit union to a state credit union under Section 36a-469b of the Connecticut General Statutes. The entity will operate under the new name America’s First Network Credit Union. The bulletin also lists the closing of Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union in Rocky Hill on October 31, 2016. Written comments regarding these applications must be submitted to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten days of the bulletin's date.

On August 12, 2016, the Commissioner approved the conversion of Personal Care America Federal Credit Union , Trumbull, Connecticut, from a federal credit union to a Connecticut credit union pursuant to Section 36a-469b of the Connecticut General Statutes.  The Connecticut credit union will be known as America’s First Network Credit Union .
