On May 28, 2019, The Washington Trust Company of Westerly , a Rhode Island-chartered bank, filed an application to establish a limited branch at 265 Church Street, Suite 1006 in New Haven, Connecticut pursuant to Section 36a-412(a)(2) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
Change of Name
On May 29, 2019, Collinsville Savings Society , Collinsville, Connecticut, filed an application to change its name to Collinsville Bank pursuant to Section 36a-82 of the Connecticut General Statutes. Written objections to such application may be made, for a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this Bulletin, on the grounds that the name selected will tend to confuse the public.
