The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written comments on the closing of the Barden Branch of SoundView Financial Credit Union and the main office relocation of America’s First Network Credit Union within ten business days of the bulletin date. Additionally, the Banking Commissioner approved Evolve Bank & Trust’s application to establish a loan production office in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, pursuant to Section 36a-412(d) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
