The Department of Banking schedules an in-person and remote hearing for June 24, 2021, regarding Banking Circle US Holding, Inc.'s application to organize Banking Circle US as an uninsured bank. Additionally, Bankwell Bank filed an application on June 10, 2021, to relocate its main office from 208/212 Elm Street to 156 Cherry Street in New Canaan, Connecticut. Order for Hearing
The hearing on the application of Banking Circle US Holding, Inc. to organize Banking Circle US , Stamford, Connecticut, as an uninsured bank pursuant to Section 36a-70 of the Connecticut General Statutes, will now be held in-person and remotely on June 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The in-person hearing will be held at Hearing Room B, 450 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, Connecticut. The public can access the hearing remotely via videoconference and via teleconference at (860) 840-2075, conference ID: 840 194 420#.
Main Office Relocation
On June 10, 2021, pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Bankwell Bank filed an application to relocate its main office from 208/212 Elm Street, New Canaan, Connecticut to 156 Cherry Street, New Canaan, Connecticut.
