The Banking Commissioner approved the merger of Arnold Bakers Employee Federal Credit Union into America’s First Network Credit Union under Section 36a-468a of the Connecticut General Statutes. The merger is scheduled to become effective in October 2024. Public comments regarding this action must be submitted in writing to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten business days of the bulletin's date.

Merger
On September 5, 2024, the Commissioner approved the merger of Arnold Bakers Employee Federal Credit Union , a federal credit union, with and into America’s First Network Credit Union , a Connecticut credit union, pursuant to Section 36a-468a of the Connecticut General Statutes. The proposed effective date of the merger is for October of 2024.
