Business Trusts (Amendment) Regulations 2018
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued the Business Trusts (Amendment) Regulations 2018 to update the regulatory framework for business trusts. These regulations amend Regulation 24(1) of the Business Trusts Regulations by replacing references to the Third Schedule with a directive to access information on the Authority's website. Additionally, the Third Schedule to the Business Trusts Regulations is deleted, with the changes coming into operation on 14 August 2018.

- These Regulations are the Business Trusts (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 14 August 2018. Amendment of regulation 24
- Regulation 24(1) of the Business Trusts Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “in the Third Schedule” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the words “on the Authority’s website at http://www.mas.gov.sg”. Deletion of Third Schedule
