Regulation to amend Regulation 45-102 respecting Resale of Securities
The regulator amends Regulation 45-102 respecting Resale of Securities to remove all references to the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR). These amendments involve striking out the SEDAR definition and related filing instructions across sections 2.8, 2.11, 2.12, and Form 45-102F1. The changes come into force on June 9, 2023, with a specific provision allowing delayed effectiveness in Saskatchewan if filed after that date.
