Regulation to amend Regulation 45-102 respecting Resale of Securities

REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 45-102 RESPECTING RESALE OF SECURITIES Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (1), (2) and (34))

  1. Regulation 45-102 respecting Resale of Securities (chapter V-1.1, r. 30) is amended by striking out, in section 1.1, the definition of the expression “SEDAR”.
  2. The Regulation is amended by striking out, wherever it appears in sections 2.8, 2.11 and 2.12, “on SEDAR”.
  3. Form 45-102F1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out, in the instructions, “electronically through SEDAR”.
  4. Effective Date (1) This Regulation comes into force on 9 June 2023. (2) In Saskatchewan, despite paragraph (1), if this Regulation is filed with the Registrar of Regulations after 9 June 2023, this Regulation comes into force on the day on which it is filed with the Registrar of Regulations.
