Cabinet approval to exclude specific cases from adjusting real estate financing return rates

Referring to the circular dated October 16, 2025, regarding the Cabinet's approval to adjust the interest rates for the real estate finance initiatives for limited and middle-income individuals, to become 8% and 12% declining (instead of 3% and 8% declining), respectively. وكذا الكتاب الدوري المؤرخ ٤ نوفمبر ۲۰۲۰ بشأن موافقة مجلس الوزراء على عدم سريان تلك التعديلات على العملاء السابق تقدمهم للحجز بإعلانات مبادرة سكن لكل المصريين رقم ( ١-٢-٣ ) السابق طرحها بسعر عائد ٪۳ ، ٪۸ متناقص. And also the circular dated November 4, 2020, regarding the Cabinet's approval that these adjustments do not apply to clients who previously applied for reservations under the "Housing for All Egyptians" initiative No. (1-2-3), which was previously offered with an interest rate of 3%, 8% declining. أرجو التفضل بالإحاطة أن مجلس الوزراء قد وافق بجلسته رقم ٧٣ المؤرخة ٦ يناير ٢٠٢٦ على ما يلي: Please be informed that the Cabinet, in its 73rd session held on January 6, 2026, approved the following: "الاستمرار في منح التمويل العقاري بسعر العائد 3٪، و8٪ متناقص وفقا لمبادرتي البنك المركزي المصري على ملفات أسر شهداء ومصابي القوات المسلحة والشرطة ومصابي العمليات الحربية وكذا الحالات الإنسانية الملحة والعاجلة سواء للملفات السابق تقدمهم بها أو الملفات الجديدة أسوة بعملاء سكن لكل المصريين رقم (۱-۲-۳)، وذلك في حدود 600 وحدة سكنية سنويا".
