Mr./ Professor, Chairman of the Board of Directors Bank Greetings and regards, Cairo, Date: February 1, 2026 Referring to the circular dated October 16, 2025, regarding the Cabinet's approval to adjust the interest rates for the real estate finance initiatives for limited and middle-income individuals, to become 8% and 12% declining (instead of 3% and 8% declining), respectively. And also the circular dated November 4, 2020, regarding the Cabinet's approval that these adjustments do not apply to clients who previously applied for reservations under the "Housing for All Egyptians" initiative No. (1-2-3), which was previously offered with an interest rate of 3%, 8% declining. Please be informed that the Cabinet, in its 73rd session held on January 6, 2026, approved the following:
"Continuation of granting real estate finance at an interest rate of 3% and 8% declining, in accordance with the Central Bank of Egypt's initiatives, for files of families of martyrs and injured military and police personnel, those injured in war operations, as well as urgent humanitarian cases, whether for previously submitted files or new files, similar to clients of the 'Housing for All Egyptians' initiative No. (1-2-3), within a limit of 600 housing units annually."
