Cancellation of Investment Bank License Due to Merger into Bank Al Etihad
The Central Bank of Jordan cancels the license of the Investment Bank effective 30 September 2026 due to its merger into Bank Al Etihad. All assets and liabilities of the Investment Bank are transferred to Bank Al Etihad upon the conclusion of that day.

Please be informed that the license granted to the Investment Bank will be cancelled due to its merger into Bank Al Etihad, effective as of the end of the day on 30/9/2026, with its assets and liabilities transferred to Bank Al Etihad.
