Central Bank of Jordan Circular No. 15301/2/10 Regarding the Cancellation of National Bank of Abu Dhabi (Jordan) License
The Central Bank of Jordan cancels the license of National Bank of Abu Dhabi (Jordan), effective as of the end of the day on November 15, 2018. The circular mandates the transfer of the bank's assets and liabilities to Societe Generale/Jordan in accordance with a signed agreement between the two entities.

Please be informed that approval has been granted to cancel the license granted to National Bank of Abu Dhabi (Jordan), effective as of the end of the day on 15/11/2018, and the transfer of its assets and liabilities to Societe Generale/Jordan in accordance with the agreement signed between the two banks.
