Circular to Licensed Exchange Companies Regarding Contact Person Information
The Central Bank of Jordan requires licensed exchange companies to submit contact details for their primary and substitute contact persons using the attached form. This submission must be completed within two weeks of the circular's date, which is November 21, 2018. Failure to comply subjects the companies to sanctions under Article 19 of the Instructions on Internal Procedures for Dealing with Customer Complaints.
