We attach herewith a copy of the letter from the Companies Control Department regarding the Department's approval to issue Certificates of Good Standing and Registration Certificates through Quick Response (QR) code technology. Attached are the explanatory procedures for activating the aforementioned service.

How to Scan/Read the Quick Response (QR) Code to Obtain a Certificate of Good Standing or Registration Certificate

• Open the "Camera" application from the home screen, control center, or lock screen.
• Select the rear camera, hold the device until the QR code appears and a notification appears on your device regarding the QR code.
• Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code, which displays the last valid certificate.

In the event that your mobile phone camera does not support the reading application, you are required to download a (QR Reader) from your phone's app store.
