CIEX No. 12/2025: Operations Capture System for Interest Rates and Exchange Rates
The Central Bank of Bolivia requires Financial Intermediation Entities to use version 4.54 of the Operations Capture System for interest rates and exchange rates for data submission starting November 26, 2025. This mandate aligns with updates from the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI) and applies to information corresponding to November 25, 2025. Consequently, fourteen previous external circulars (SGDB and CIEX) issued between 2016 and 2023 are repealed.

Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies Financial Intermediation Entities that, due to the update of the regulations of the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI), the Issuing Entity will make available the new version of the Operations Capture System for interest rates and exchange rates (Version 4.54), which will be available on the ASFI intranet starting November 24, 2025.
Information corresponding to interest rates and exchange rates for November 25, 2025, must be sent using the new version (4.54) starting November 26, 2025.
Consequently, the following External Circulars are repealed: SGDB No. 048/2016 of 13.12.2016, SGDB No. 008/2017 of 27.01.2017, SGDB No. 012/2018 of 23.02.2018, CIEX No. 69/2019 of 18.11.2019, CIEX No. 71/2019 of 29.11.2019, CIEX No. 72/2019 of 06.12.2019, CIEX No. 1/2020 of 02.01.2020, CIEX No. 31/2020 of 26.06.2020, CIEX No. 15/2021 of 19.05.2021, CIEX No. 20/2021 of 28.06.2021, CIEX No. 30/2021 of 07.09.2021, CIEX No. 41/2021 of 19.11.2021, CIEX No. 9/2022 of 02.03.2022, CIEX No. 5/2023 of 09.01.2023, and CIEX No. 20/2023 of 04.05.2023.
