The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies Financial Intermediation Entities that, due to the update of the regulations of the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI), the Issuing Entity will make available the new version of the Operations Capture System for interest rates and exchange rates (Version 4.54), which will be available on the ASFI intranet starting November 24, 2025.

Information corresponding to interest rates and exchange rates for November 25, 2025, must be sent using the new version (4.54) starting November 26, 2025.

Consequently, the following External Circulars are repealed:
