The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Abierta San Carlos Borromeo Ltda. (CCB) to participate in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) effective March 18, 2019. The CCB, identified by participant code MLD3043, is permitted to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Participating entities are instructed to configure their systems using the CCB's public key, which can be retrieved via the MLDConsultasService.

SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CREDITO ABIERTA SAN CARLOS BORROMEO LTDA. IN THE DEFERRED LIQUIDATION MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT LIQUIDATION SYSTEM (LIP)
Dear Sirs and Madams:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Abierta San Carlos Borromeo Ltda. (CCB) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, complying with the requirements of the current regulations. Consequently, as of March 18, 2019, the CCB is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guidelines of the MLD via the MLDConsultasService service - method obtenerCertificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD.
