SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CREDITO ABIERTA SAN CARLOS BORROMEO LTDA. IN THE DEFERRED LIQUIDATION MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT LIQUIDATION SYSTEM (LIP)

Dear Sirs and Madams:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Abierta San Carlos Borromeo Ltda. (CCB) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, complying with the requirements of the current regulations. Consequently, as of March 18, 2019, the CCB is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guidelines of the MLD via the MLDConsultasService service - method obtenerCertificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, participants are requested to take this information into account to configure the participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
