CIEX No. 36/2019: Authorization of Abierta Progreso R.L. Cooperative to Use the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Abierta Progreso R.L. Savings and Credit Cooperative (CPG) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective June 3, 2019. This authorization permits the CPG to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD using participant code MLD3047. Other participants are instructed to consult the public keys of all MLD-enabled entities via the MLDConsultasService to configure their respective IT developments.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Abierta Progreso R.L. Savings and Credit Cooperative (CPG) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of June 3, 2019, the CPG will be enabled as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD.
