CIEX No. 36/2019: Authorization of Abierta Progreso R.L. Cooperative to Use the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Abierta Progreso R.L. Savings and Credit Cooperative (CPG) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective June 3, 2019. This authorization permits the CPG to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD using participant code MLD3047. Other participants are instructed to consult the public keys of all MLD-enabled entities via the MLDConsultasService to configure their respective IT developments.
