The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Catedral de Tarija Ltda. (CCA) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective August 19, 2019. The CCA is assigned the participant code MLD3007 and is permitted to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Other participants are instructed to use the MLDConsultasService to retrieve the public keys of all authorized entities for system configuration purposes.

IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Open Savings and Credit Cooperative Catedral de Tarija Ltda. has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of August 19, 2019, the CCA will be authorized as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:
