TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP) AND ACCL SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF THE OPEN SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE CATEDRAL DE TARIJA LTD. IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Open Savings and Credit Cooperative Catedral de Tarija Ltda. has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of August 19, 2019, the CCA will be authorized as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Acronym	:	CCA

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService - method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, participants are requested to take this information into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
