CIEX No. 57/2019: BDP-FINPRO Operations in the Integrated Payment Clearing System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes two new operations, E74 (deposits) and E78 (payments), within the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) effective September 27, 2019. Participating financial entities are required to request the addition of these operations to their valid digital certificates to execute fund transfers. The operational window for both E74 and E78 is set from 08:30 to 18:30.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs the participants of the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) that the following operations will be enabled starting September 27, 2019:

These additions are part of the Operational Guide for the LIP System (v.2.0).
In this regard, participating entities must request the addition of the aforementioned operations to their valid digital certificates to carry out transfers through the LIP System.
