Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia informs the participants of the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) that the following operations will be enabled starting September 27, 2019:

OPERATION CODE	OPERATION NAME	SCHEDULE FOR OPERATING IN THE LIP
E74	BDP FINPRO Operational - Deposits; Transfer of funds from the BDP - FINPRO trust for deposits in the National Financial System.	From 08:30 to 18:30
E78	BDP FINPRO Operational - Payments; Transfer of funds from the Financial System to BDP - FINPRO for the return of deposits and other concepts inherent to its operations.	From 08:30 to 18:30

These additions are part of the Operational Guide for the LIP System (v.2.0).

In this regard, participating entities must request the addition of the aforementioned operations to their valid digital certificates to carry out transfers through the LIP System.
