CIEX No. 75/2019: Authorization of "La Promotora" Housing Financial Entity in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Housing Financial Entity "La Promotora" (VPR), participant code MLD75003, to operate as a participant in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective December 16, 2019. This authorization permits VPR to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Participants are instructed to utilize the MLDConsultasService to retrieve the public keys of all enabled entities for proper system configuration.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Housing Financial Entity “La Promotora” (VPR) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of December 16, 2019, VPR will be authorized as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService - method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD.
