TO: FINANCIAL ENTITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP) AND ACCL SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF THE HOUSING FINANCIAL ENTITY “LA PROMOTORA” IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Housing Financial Entity “La Promotora” (VPR) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of December 16, 2019, VPR will be authorized as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Acronym	:	VPR

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService - method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, this information is requested to be taken into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
