Circular 120/2020/TT-BTC on Trading of Listed Stocks, Registered Trading Securities, Fund Certificates, Corporate Bonds, and Listed Secured Warrants
The Ministry of Finance issued Circular 120/2020/TT-BTC to regulate trading activities for listed stocks, registered trading securities, fund certificates, corporate bonds, and listed secured warrants on the stock exchange system. This regulation, effective from February 15, 2021, replaces the previous Circular 203/2015/TT-BTC dated December 21, 2015. The State Securities Commission oversees the implementation of these updated trading rules.
On December 31, 2020, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 120/2020/TT-BTC regulating the trading of listed stocks, registered trading securities, fund certificates, corporate bonds, and listed secured warrants on the stock exchange system.
This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2021, and replaces Circular No. 203/2015/TT-BTC dated December 21, 2015, of the Ministry of Finance regarding the guidance on securities trading.
