In accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of Law No. 136 of December 31, 2013, "Which updates the fiscal regime applicable for the rehabilitation and enhancement of the Historic Monumental Complex of the Historic Casco Antiguo of the city of Panama", we hereby inform you that the Local Market Reference Rate for Preferential Mortgage Loans for Restoration, corresponding to the Third Quarter of the year 2026, is SIX POINT FIFTY PERCENT ANNUAL (6.50%).
