Circular 2371/06 - Amendment to Reporting Directive 855 Profit and Loss

The Director General of the Supervision of Banks amends Reporting Directive 855 Profit and Loss to update the format of the public report, effective December 31, 2012. The amendments align Schedule 23 with the full tariff schedule by deleting the reference to 'purchases and sales' in Section 4(a)2 and adjust the explanation for 'provisions for credit losses' in Schedule 3 to exclude Israeli activities. Banks and credit card companies are required to implement these changes in their subsequent reports.
