Circular 73/2013/TT-BTC Guiding Listing of Securities
The Ministry of Finance issued Circular 73/2013/TT-BTC to provide detailed guidance on securities listing regulations under Decree 58/2012/ND-CP. The circular specifies listing conditions for joint stock companies formed through mergers and acquisitions, as well as the required documentation for listing applications at the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Stock Exchanges. This regulation entered into force on July 15, 2013.
On May 29, 2013, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 73/2013/TT-BTC providing detailed guidance on certain articles regarding securities listing under Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012, which details and guides the implementation of certain articles of the Securities Law and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Securities Law.
The Circular consists of 4 Chapters and 8 Articles, stipulating the listing conditions for joint stock companies formed after the process of corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as the dossier for securities listing registration at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
The Circular takes effect from July 15, 2013.
