Circular CSSF 23/833: Communication Means for Requests and Reporting to the CSSF

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier issued Circular CSSF 23/833 to establish updated communication protocols for reporting firms. This circular repeals Circulars CSSF 08/334 and CSSF 08/344, thereby replacing previous encryption specifications and transmission provisions for reporting files. It mandates that firms adhere to the new methods for transmitting reports via external channels as defined in the updated guidelines.
