Circular CSSF 23/833: Communication Means for Requests and Reporting to the CSSF
The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier issued Circular CSSF 23/833 to establish updated communication protocols for reporting firms. This circular repeals Circulars CSSF 08/334 and CSSF 08/344, thereby replacing previous encryption specifications and transmission provisions for reporting files.
