Circular CSSF 23/833: Communication Means for Requests and Reporting to the CSSF
Circulars CSSF 08/334 on encryption specifications for reporting firms and CSSF 08/344 on the provisions relating to the transmission of reporting files to the CSSF are repealed. Professionals may use eDesk, the API provided by the CSSF, MFT, or external transmission channels (currently eFile & Sofie) for communication means applicable as from now. Professionals are invited to regularly visit the public website of the CSSF or the eDesk website to keep themselves informed of the transmission procedures applicable to the requests or reporting that concern them.
