Circular No. 06 of 2025 - Valuation of CDC Eligible listed GDS
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has mandated that all Collective Investment Schemes must use the GIS Revaluation Rates provided by the Pakistan Stock Exchange for valuing CDS Eligible Government of Pakistan Ijarah Sukuks. This directive is issued under the powers granted by the Companies Ordinance, 1984 and the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008. These valuation requirements for listed government debt securities are effective immediately.
