Circular No. 2377 amends Circular No. 2.110 by mandating that all claim extension and statistical reporting be submitted via the CMF Supervisa application. It establishes specific submission deadlines for semi-annual aggregated claim settlement data: by July 31 for the January–June period and by January 31 for the July–December period. The regulation requires insurance companies and claims adjusters to report detailed statistics, including the top 20 claims adjusters by volume, and authorizes requests for the resubmission of corrected information. These provisions enter into force on February 1, 2027, and the document also eliminates Annexes 1 and 2 of the original circular.
