Circular to Licensed Exchange Companies Subject: Digital Documents

Greetings,

In line with national orientations aimed at enhancing digital transformation and expanding the scope of using digital government services, we emphasize the necessity for all licensed exchange companies to begin making the necessary arrangements and, in coordination with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, to complete the technical and operational requirements and ensure integration with their approved systems for the purpose of activating and making available the service of accepting digital identity via the Sandad Karadif application for traditional personal identity when providing services at all company work locations, including the headquarters and branches, without prejudice to the requirements and procedures stipulated in relevant legislation on combating money laundering and financing of terrorism or any other related regulatory requirements.

Reaffirming the necessity to inform us immediately upon completion and achieving full readiness to activate the above-mentioned service, and pointing out the importance of taking the necessary measures to raise awareness and train relevant employees on the mechanism of verifying digital identity and dealing with it within the approved operational procedures.
