Subject: Operating hours of specialized lending institutions during the month of Ramadan

We congratulate you on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, praying to Allah, the Almighty, that He may return it to you always in perfect health and well-being, and that He may return it to our people with the realization of their wishes for the establishment of their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.

Based on the provisions of Article No. (22) of Decision No. (132) of 2011 concerning the licensing and supervision system for specialized lending institutions and its amendments, it has been decided to determine the official working hours for lending institutions serving the public during the holy month from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM for all working days. Institutions wishing to do so may open their branches on Saturdays during the same hours. Working hours will return to their previous state after the end of the holy month.
