Circular No. 4/2026: Operating Hours of Specialized Lending Institutions During the Month of Ramadan
The Palestine Monetary Authority sets the official working hours for specialized lending institutions during Ramadan from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM for all working days. Institutions may optionally open branches on Saturdays during these same hours, with standard operating times resuming after the month concludes.
