Circular to Banks Operating in the Kingdom - Ramadan
The Central Bank of Jordan mandates that banks operating in the Kingdom reduce their official working hours to 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM during the holy month of Ramadan. Customer service hours are restricted to 9:30 AM until 2:30 PM, and specific schedules are established for the Jordan Real-Time Gross Settlement System and the Dinar Deposit Window. Banks may extend their operating hours or operate in the evening provided they notify the Central Bank in advance of the extended hours and affected branches.
