All Chief Executive Officers of all Scheduled Banks operating in Bangladesh.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the determination of the office schedule during the holy month of Ramadan of Hijri 1439 (2018 CE), the office and transaction schedule for all bank companies operating in Bangladesh during the holy month of Ramadan of Hijri 1439 (2018 CE) will be as follows:

Working Days	Office Schedule	Transaction Schedule
Sunday to Thursday	9:30 AM to 4:00 PM; (Including break for Zuhr prayer from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM)	9:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Friday & Saturday	Weekly Holiday

2. Although a break from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM has been designated for Zuhr prayer, transaction work will continue uninterrupted through internal coordination, similar to the pre-Ramadan period.

3. After the holy month of Ramadan is over, the bank's office and transaction schedule will return to the pre-Ramadan status.
