Circular No. 47 regarding amending the procedures for accepting bids for the main process of linking weekly deposits

The Central Bank of Egypt changes the bid acceptance method for its weekly Main Deposit Linking Operation from proportional allotment to full allotment, effective Tuesday, April 23, 2024. This adjustment aims to improve liquidity management and monetary policy transmission by accepting all submitted bids. The central bank will publish the results of each operation on its official website.
