Circular on Amendments to ATM Instructions Article 7(d)
The Central Bank of Jordan, through Governor Dr. Ziad Fariz, amends Article 7, Clause (d) of ATM Instructions No. (6/2018). The amendment requires licensed banks to print the transaction authorization number on ATM receipts or provide it to customers via alternative means such as Internet Banking or SMS.

With reference to the ATM Instructions No. (6/2018) dated 11/4/2018, I hereby decide to amend the provisions of Article (7), Clause (d) of these Instructions to read as follows:
"Printing the transaction authorization number executed through ATMs on the receipts issued therefrom, or providing the transaction authorization number to the customer through another suitable means, for example, but not limited to (Internet Banking or via SMS)."
