The Governor of the Saudi Central Bank requires all banks operating in the Kingdom to submit updates on their GDPR compliance measures. This directive mandates that banks provide these updates within two weeks of the circular's date. The requirement applies to all banks operating in the Kingdom.

Circular to all banks operating in the Kingdom
Following our circular No. (10/3/4911) dated 5/4/2018 regarding the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on 25/5/2018.
Please work on providing us with the latest updates regarding the measures taken by you to ensure compliance with the requirements of the aforementioned law, within two weeks from its date.
