Circular on the Appointment of Non-Jordanian Employees No. 9.2.70 dated 31.12.2024
The Central Bank of Jordan requires licensed exchange companies to submit data concerning their non-Jordanian employees. This obligation is imposed under Article 4 of the Exchange Operations Law No. 44 of 2015. Companies must provide the specified details using the attached information form.
