RE: CONTACT DETAILS: PRINCIPAL OFFICERS AND TRUSTEES OF MEDICAL AID FUNDS
Introduction The Registrar of Medical Aid Funds is in the process of verifying the records of the funds and stakeholders in the medical aid industry.
Purpose It is required from all funds to furnish this office with detailed information of the Funds principal officers, trustees and administrators. The information must include the full address of each person as well as the address of the fund's office. All contact details like phone numbers, fax numbers and email must be submitted.
The information can be submitted electronically not later than October 20, 2008.
We plan to ensure that these details and records are verified and updated annually to enable us to effectively communicate with all stakeholders if necessary.
