All medical aid funds must submit detailed contact information for their principal officers, trustees, and administrators, including full addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses, along with the fund's office address. This information must be submitted electronically by October 20, 2008. The Registrar of Medical Aid Funds intends to verify these records and update them annually to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
