Greetings,

In accordance with the provisions of Article (2/1/22) of the Exchange Business Law No. (26) of 1992, and based on the Central Bank's commitment to developing and updating periodic financial information for exchange companies prepared for the Central Bank of Jordan, thereby achieving the principle of sound supervision and contributing simultaneously to increasing the consistency of financial data, which reflects positively on the accuracy and reliability of the data and overall indicators of the banking sector, and with reference to the meetings held with representatives of the banking sector and the letter from the Jordanian Exchange Association dated 30/12/2013 regarding the same, we are enclosing herewith the monthly statistical statement forms. You are requested to fill them out properly and provide them to us periodically in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Article of the current Exchange Business Law, effective from the end of July 2014.
