Central Bank of Jordan Waiver of Import Stamp Fees for Medium-Term Financing Advances
The Central Bank of Jordan waives import stamp fees on medium-term financing advances extended to licensed banks, effective January 6, 2014. This exemption applies provided that the licensed banks continue to charge these import stamp fees to their clients. The directive is issued by the Central Bank of Jordan to Governor Dr. Ziad Fariz.
