The Central Bank of Jordan requires exchange companies to submit a detailed report to the Bank whenever an incident of theft, forgery, robbery, fraud, or shortage of actual assets occurs. These reports must outline the circumstances of the incident and specify the measures taken to recover the company's rights and prevent recurrence. This directive applies to all exchange companies under the Bank's supervision.
