Circular to Licensed Money Exchange Companies Subject: Statistical Forms for the Electronic Platform for Data Aggregation and Analysis

Greetings,

In line with the Central Bank of Jordan's commitment to enhancing the quality of its services through the implementation of an electronic platform for data aggregation and analysis, and following the explanatory workshops held at the Central Bank and previous correspondence with the Money Exchangers Association, and in light of the imminent implementation of the platform, we wish to emphasize the following:

1. The necessity of taking all required measures to ensure your company's readiness to proceed with the electronic data platform by completing the periodic statistical forms, including the Individual Remittance Form and the Individual Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Form, which are published on the official website of the Central Bank via the following link: (Official Website of the Central Bank ← About the Bank ← Services and Central Bank Forms Guide ← Central Bank Forms Guide ← Select Category {Electronic Platform Forms for the Money Exchange Sector}).

2. Begin completing the aforementioned forms, prepared in (EXCEL) format, and retain them at your company to be provided to the Central Bank upon request. At the same time, we emphasize the necessity of taking all required measures to verify the readiness of your data and provide us with a notification confirming this, mentioning any comments or obstacles (if any) regarding this matter via the email address (MoneyExchange-DataPortal@cbj.gov.jo).

3. Continue providing us with the periodic statistical statement forms previously circulated to you, using the same mechanism and means. We note that licensed money exchange companies remain obligated to provide us with all periodic statistical forms previously circulated within the specified deadlines.

4. Provide the Central Bank with the names of liaison officers from your staff for this purpose, along with the approved phone numbers and email addresses for each of them, via the email address mentioned above.
