Circular Triq l-Imdina, Zone 1 Central Business District, Birkirkara CBD 1010 +356 2144 1155 communications@mfsa.mt www.mfsa.mt Circular to the Industry on the MFSA’s FinTech Adoption Study – Submission: Final Reminder With reference to the Circular issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’ or ‘Authority’) on 12 July 2022 regarding the rollout of the FAS Questionnaire, unless otherwise advised by the Authority, Authorised Persons (‘AP’) falling within the scope should submit their response by latest Wednesday, 31 August 2022 COB. It is noted that APs who (i) are currently in the process of surrendering their Authorisation OR (ii) qualify as third-party managed Collective Investment Undertakings (UCITS, AIFs and PIFs) are not required to submit a response. The MFSA wishes to inform Compliance Officers and/or contact persons of APs falling within scope and who either have not received the aforementioned email or have difficulties completing the Questionnaire to contact the Authority at fintech@mfsa.mt. 23 August 2022
